用TG验证了一下，人家还是得用IID，而且报价1美元一个IID(我的0.5-1.0元人民币一个确认ID,包括020的,都有人嫌贵)。我就没有去深入了解了。
下面是猜测：
应该是零售密钥的安装ID，因为零售的安装ID获取确认ID后，没有必要再输入确认ID了，因为微软数据库会存储零售的确认ID，随时可以取回或者重新激活。重新安装密钥或者在电话激活页面返回到上一步再选择"我希望通过internet激活软件"就可以了。以他的方法对0xc004c020的批量ID是无效的。
只是猜测，或者他有其他方法。
