Office 2019 will not support/compatible with Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1
Interestingly, according to Microsoft, Office 2019 will be exclusive to Windows 10.
This means that PC users running Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 will not be able to install or use Office 2019 on their PCs.
Office 2016 is fully compatible with Windows 7
