解绑好像不行。提示已经在一台设备上使用，如果要在当前设备用需要联系客服。

3 activations are possible ,if you know your serial number. it can be used once to login with email, 2 more PCs can be activated with phone / CID method. if you do not know the serial number and the account came as oem with the laptop/destop. it is one account, 1 PC

请问怎么才能解除原来的机器绑定呢。账号里有几个家庭学生版的。原机器不用了，新的用不了。谢谢

“如果您知道序列号，可以激活3次。它可以使用一次电子邮件登录，可以使用电话/CID方法激活另外2台电脑。如果您不知道序列号，并且帐户是作为笔记本电脑/destop的oem提供的。它是一个帐户，1个PC。”
