Confirmation ID (CID) successfully generated.
Activate. After activation with the CID code, enter the same key again in the "Change product key" - you will receive a permanent activation with a digital license.
Save the key for possible future reinstallations and OS reactivation on the same PC.
Reboot the system if something is wrong with the activation. Check in "Settings" > "Update and Security" > "Activation"

If you want to change the activation (licensing) channel from "VOLUME_MAK channel" to Retail - "RETAIL channel", then take any blocked key, for example this one:

After you get a permanent activation with a digital license with your Volume:MAK key, then enter this Retail key into the system.
The operating system will accept the key and you will have the usual "RETAIL channel".
Reboot Windows and enter the same Retail key again to be safe.
You can then link your digital license activation with the "RETAIL channel" to your Microsoft account.
In the future, with possible reinstallations of the system, you can use the Win 10 RTM ProfessionalWorkstation Retail key as your personal one.
